Colonial Home

Once a five-unit apartment building, we purchased and fully renovated the entire structure down to its original c.1870s antique timber frame. By exposing as many of the original timbers as possible and adding a new post-and-beam addition, we created an in-law apartment—or rental space—on the right wing. The goal was to recreate the illusion of a period, single-family Colonial home, restoring its appearance to how it may have originally stood.
