Carriage House

After carefully listening to our clients’ wants and needs, we successfully stayed within zoning regulations to design and build this spectacular carriage house. Measuring 38' x 22', it features a second-floor storage loft. The first floor offers ample space for car storage, a car lift, and a workshop. The entire space is climate-controlled with a state-of-the-art Arctic Heat Pump HVAC system and radiant floor heating embedded in a 6" concrete slab.
